some issues
faulty air conditioninglimited breakfast
i had some issues with the room . the air conditioning was not working properly and it made the room very uncomfortable. i reported it to the front desk, but it was not fixed promptly (.. ) the breakfast options were also limited. i think the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and provide a wider variety of food.

i stayed for six nights and loved every minute. the team, from reception to the restaurant staff and cleaners, were pretty good too ensure my comfort. free snacks were a daily treat in my room, along with fresh fruit. the free foot massages by the poolside were a nice touch. the spa facilities are superb with skilled masseuses.
I thought the food menu could have been a bit more extensive. I did expect a wider variety of options.

The staff arranged a nice Cambodian lunch following our Angkor Wat tour. I enjoyed the massage at the hotel. The pool is lovely and happy hour drinks are available daily. Beds are comfortable and rooms were big too.
I felt the hotel lacked a dedicated bar area, leaving few options for evening relaxation unless one dined in the restaurant.

The room was very spacious. It included a beautiful stone tub in bathroom. A lovely balcony overlooked the garden pool area. It was quiet and serene. The room had good wifi too.

The hotel provided free lunch vouchers, a proper course meal. I chose the restaurant, that was a right choice. Staff offers tasty Cambodian dishes at reasonable prices, a benefit.

This place is near to the night market area. It is a short ten-minute walk. Tuk-tuks were available in front of the hotel. They provided easy transport to the night market.

the room included both a shower and a bathtub. there was a large comfortable bed in the room i also appreciated the complimentary water in the minibar.
